Each Music Festival Sponsor is allotted a foursome in the Sponsor Golf Scramble. A “noteworthy” prize will be waiting for members of the winning team — so bring your best golfing buddies!

Sponsor RV or Horseshoe Bay Information

Along with your sponsorship comes the option of an RV at the music festival site or two hotel rooms at the Marriott Horseshoe Bay Resort (HSB), which is a 45 mile drive from the festival site. Sponsor RVs will also be limited this year on a first come, first serve basis. For sponsors choosing to stay at HSB, we will provide shuttle service to and from the resort throughout each day of the festival. Sponsors needing additional lodging for their guests, please see Maps & Lodging page.

For RV sponsorship, once you arrive at the festival, please check in at the registration desk to receive your RV keys. RV registration will be located at the entry gate and marked “RV Check-in.”
