How do I get to the music festival?

The closest international airport is located about 95 miles away in Austin, Texas (AUS). The closet municipal airport is about 15 miles away in Llano, Texas (AQO). http://www.airnav.com/airport/AQO 

Are children allowed?

Yes, this is a family friendly event!  Kids ages twelve and under are free with a ticketed adult.  The children's area has lots of activities to choose from along with adult supervision from our volunteers. 

Are pets allowed?

Four legged friends are welcome!  Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and making sure their pet does not inconvenience other guests.  Please keep pets on a leash for the safety of themselves and others.

Can I bring an RV?

RV and camping sites will be available in designated areas at the festival grounds. There are limited RV facilities.  Please see the ticket page to purchase RV parking tickets.

Will the festival be cancelled if it rains?

The show must go on, come rain or shine!  Although this is an outdoor event, the stage and seating are covered. If it does rain an umbrella would be handy to have for getting to and from the restrooms.

Is there food at the festival?

Food is provided Friday & Saturday with your ticket to the festival.  There are many options to hopefully fit everyone's needs, if you have specific dietary needs, please feel free to bring your own food.  Some non-alcoholic beverages are provided. Coolers are permitted. 

What should I bring to the festival?

Texas temperatures can vary from mild to hot and humid this time of year and rain is always a possibility. 

Items to bring with you:

- Towels, if you are staying/camping in the RV park

- Sunscreen

- Insect repellent

- Comfortable shoes

- Sunglasses

- Rain gear - just incase

- Coolers

- Snacks

- Folding chairs and blankets

- Cash for Artist’s merchandise

- Cash/checks for the raffle

- BYOB

What should I NOT bring to the festival?

- Dirt bikes

- ATVs

- Fireworks

- Weapons

- Canopy tents will not be allowed next to the music pavilion, but are welcome in the RV park.
